1. You are required to register ID first to be able to use the servicesof PT. Megaxus Infotech, by providing your latest, accurate and completepersonal data. PT. Megaxus Infotech is not liable in case of problems dueto filling of registration data.
2. PT. Megaxus Infotech guarantees the confidentiality of allregistration data filled by you. PT. Megaxus Infotech will not providesuch information to any parties, except to partners of PT. MegaxusInfotech in providing services to you.
3. PT. Megaxus is not responsible for the lost ID or password for hacking keyloger, fraud or user negligence. You are responsible for theconfidentiality of your own ID and password.
4. You are also required to take preventive measures in protecting andmaintaining the stability of your operating system, computer data securityand your own ID. PT. Megaxus Infotech is not responsible for any damage orloss caused by viruses, spyware or other hacking attempts to retrieve yourdata.

TERMS OF SERVICE

1. You are responsible for any actions, speeches, messages or writingssubmitted, whether in the game or in the forum.
2. You are not allowed to do business to make a profit by utilizing theservices provided by PT. Megaxus Infotech.
3. Elements contained in the online game published by PT Megaxus Infotechis owned by PT Megaxus Infotech. There are no harmful elements (viruses,malware, spyware and other) in the online game.
4. PT. Megaxus Infotech is not liable for any losses incurred by yournegligence, in relation to the online game ID or the content contained inthat ID.
5. You are not allowed to create, distribute, sell and sell any productsthat are patent / copyright of PT. Megaxus Infotech without officialpermission from PT. Megaxus Infotech himself.
6. You are required to comply with the service regulations specified byPT. Megaxus Infotech. The Company reserves the right to sanction or evenblock the ID of players who violate company service rules.
7. You agree not to use any facilities, servers and networks used for theservices of PT. Megaxus Intotech to gain unauthorized access to othersystems or networks. If you break it, then PT. Megaxus Infotech has theright to sue you (either civil or criminal prosecution) for suchaction.
8. You agree to only use and use client services that have been providedby PT. Megaxus Infotech through the distribution of existing media.
9. PT. Megaxus Infotech may make changes to the Service's website,regulations and the existing End User License Agreement to improve thequality of the services provided, without prior notification. PT. MegaxusInfotech recommends that you visit the official online game website of PTMegaxus Infotech regularly, in order to get the latest informationupdates.
10. PT. Megaxus Infotech reserves the right to alter any content thatcontains negative messages against a particular community (harassment,humiliation or even racial intolerance), provocative messages (terrorism,cracking, hacking, piracy and otherwise) or other messages that it deemsinappropriate.
11. You agree to exempt PT. Megaxus Infotech, all its staff and otherparties who cooperate with PT. Megaxus Infotech from claims and lossesarising from actions, behavior and messages written by you in the games,forums and services website of PT. Megaxus Infotech.
12. If required, PT. Megaxus Infotech reserves the right to take legalaction against any breach of this End User License Agreement or againstany action that is deemed to be detrimental to the company as the patentholder of the service.
13. In the event of problems in the provision of services to users, PT.Megaxus reserves the right to restrict or even dismiss service at any timewithout prior notice. PT. Megaxus Infotech can provide an explanation ofthe issue in accordance with the company's policy in the future.

By agreeing to use the services provided by PT. Megaxus Infotech, then you are also deemed to agree to comply with all point End User License Agreement and applicable regulations in PT. Megaxus Infotech. Sanctions will be provided as appropriate if you violate the rules.
